 1) RISER DIAGRAM NOT TO CODE. 2ND FLOOR

 ATTIC. 1" DRAIN LINE SHALL BE REQUIRED
 TO BE PIPED OUTSIDE AND TERMINATE 6"

 3) EVERY ATTIC SPACE IN WHICH MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT IS INSTALLED SHALL HAVE AN
 OPENING AS LARGE AS THE LARGEST PIECE OF
 EQUIPMENT. 22"X36" MIN. EVERY PASSAGEWAY
 SHALL BE UNOBSTRUCTED AND SHALL HAVE
 SOLID CONTINUOUS FLOORING NOT LESS THAN
 24" WIDE FROM OPENING TO EQUIPMENT. ON
 THE CONTROL SIDE AND OTHER SIDES WHERE
 ACCESS IS NECESSARY FOR SERVICING THE
 EQUIPMENT, A LEVEL WORKING PLATFORM EX-
 TENDING A MINIMUM OF 30 FROM THE EDGE OF
 THE EQUIPMENT WITH A 36" HIGH CLEAR
 WORKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED. SECTION

 4) MODEL COUNTYWIDE AMENDMENTS SEC 304.4
 ATTIC INSTALLATION, ALL AIR CONDITIONING
 AND HEATING EQUIPMENT INSTALLED IN AN
 ATTIC SHALL HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE DISCONNE-
 CT SWITCH AND A 110-120 VOLT A/C GROUND-
 ING TYPE CONVENIENCE OUTLET CONVENIENT
 TO THE GENERAL EQUIPMENT AREA. IN AN
 ATTIC, A LIGHT LOCATED ON THE SERVICE
 SIDE OF THE EQUIPMENT WICH IS CONTROLLED
 BY A SWITCH LOCATED AT THE REQUIRED PASS
 AGEWAY OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 5) APPLIANCES INSTALLED IN ATTIC SPACES
 SHALL BE SUPPORTED FROM THE TOP CHORDS
 OF TRUSSED OR ROOF FRAMING OR AS DE-
 SIGNED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.
