 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED
 TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 AT TIME OF PERMIT APPLICATION THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST ACCOMPANY THE
 APPLICATION: (THREE COPIES OF EACH FOR
 THRESHOLD BUILDINGS)
  
 A RECENT SIGNED AND SEALED PROPERTY
 SURVEY.
  
 ENERGY CODE CALCULATIONS
  
 THREE COMPLETE SETS OF WORKING DRAWINGS
  
 CODE COMPLIANCE NOTES:
  
 THE TOWER/CUPOLA MUST COMPLY WITH SBC
 1517.5.1.2.1. SINCE PORTIONS OF IT WILL
 BE MORE THAN 25' ABOVE THE ROOF AND
 PORTIONS IN CROSS SECTION WILL EXCEED
 200 SQUARE FEET. EITHER OF THE
 CONDITIONS REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CODE SECTION.
  
 SHEET A7.1, PROVIDE DETAILS OF
 CONSTRUCTION FOR THE METAL STUD FRAMING
 INCLUDING CONNECTIONS.SEE SBC 104.2.

 1, 2002 WILL BE SUBJECT TO REVIEW FOR
 CONFORMANCE WITH THE 2001 FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE WHICH MAY HAVE DIFFERENT
