 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THE ELEVATION
 OF THE FLOOR IN THE EXISTING STRUCTURE
 AND IN THE ENCLOSED GARAGE.
  
 4) PROVIDE (2) PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 STORM PANELS THAT ARE REQUIRED ON NEW
 WINDOWS IN ENCLOSED GARAGE.
  
 5) INDICATE ON THE PLANS IF ENCLOSED
 GARAGE IS TO BE HEATED OR COOLED. IF IT
 IS, ENERGY CALCULATIONS PER 97 FLORIDA
 ENERGY EFFICIENCY CODE ARE REQUIRED.
  
 6) SHEET 4 INDICATES R-30 INSULATION IN
 THE IN THE SLOPED CEILING. THERE DOES
 NOT APPEAR FROM THE DRAWING TO BE ENOUGH
 SPACE BETWEEN THE DRYWALL AND SHEATHING
 TO INSTALL IT. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 7) SHEET 4 INDICATES (3) #4 REINFORCING
 BARS IN THE FOOTING. THE MINIMUM SIZE IS
 #5 BARS PER SSTD 10-97. IS THIS AN
 EXISTING CONDITION. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 8) INDICATE VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT ON
 EACH SIDE OF WINDOW WHERE GARAGE DOOR IS
 BEING ENCLOSED. MINIMUM (1) #5 PER
 SSTD 10-97.
  
 9) INDICATE HOW NEW BLOCK WILL BE
 ATTACHED TO EXISTING WALLS AT THE SIDES.
