 2-UPDATE AND PROVIDE LEGIBLE AND CLEAR
 GENERAL TRUSS DETAILS AND SPECS
 ACCORDING TO THE CODE USED.
 3-CLARIFY WHY THERE ARE TWO ENGINEERS
 ON GENERAL TRUSS DETAILS. WHO IS THE
 ONE WHO PREPARED THE DETAILS? CHECK
 CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTES FOR
 ENGINEER'S RESPONSIBILITIES.
 SAME APPLIES FOR TRUSS LAYOUT.
 4-REVISE ENGINEERED TRUSS DRAWINGS:
 A)CODE USED TO BE SPECIFIC INCLUDING THE
 YEAR. EG: SBC 1997.
 B)DESIGN CRITERIA ON MIDDLE OF PAGE SAYS
 SBC/ANSI95 WHILE NOTES AT THE BOTTOM
 OF PAGE SAYS ASCE 7-93. SBC AND ASCE
 CAN'T BE MIXED TOGETHER (SEC 1606.1.2.
 SBC 1997). BESIDES, THE RIGHT ASCE IS
 ASCE 7-95 FOR 140MPH.
 C)NOTE THAT SAYS THAT THIS TRUSSES
 COMPLIES WITH FLORIDA BUILDING CODE IS
 NOT TRUE. REVIEW FBC 2001. BESIDES
 FBC 2001 USES ASCE 7-98.
  
 5-ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE A CLEAR ANCHOR
 SCHEDULE WITH CONNECTORS THAT RESIST
 THE UPLIFT & LATERAL LOADS CALCULATED
 ON ENGINEERED TRUSSES. SOME CONNECTORS
 DON'T MEET SUCH LOADS. REVIEW TRUSSES.
