 SEPERATE PERMIT WITH ASSOCIATED FEES
 SHALL BE REQUIRED, ALSO THE CITIES
 GUIDE LINES FOR LARGE PROJECTS REGARDING
 PROTECTION FOR ALL GLAZED OPENINGS SHALL
 BE ADHERRED TO, SEE ATTACHED GUIDELINES.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL REVIEW &
 APPROVE ALL PROPOSED ALL PROPOSED PRE-
 STORM PREPERATION PLAN.
  
 3)-THE TRUSS & GIRDER LAYOUT DOES NOT
 INDICATE THE UPLIFT LOADSTO BE RESISTED.
 THEREIS A ANCHOR SCHEDULE INDICATING
 WHAT TYPE OF ANCHOR IS TO BE USED. WITH
 OUT THIS INFORMATION BEFORE THE ISSUANCE
 OF A BUILDING PERMIT THE ARCHETECT AND
