 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF

 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) PROVIDE SOIL TEST PER CITY OF WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO 97 SBC SECT 1804.2.2.
  
 4) PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE BATHROOM ON THE
 FIRST FLOOR WITH A DOOR THAT HAS A 29"
 CLEAR OPENING AS REQUIRED BY 97 FLORIDA
 ACCESSIBILTY CODE.
  
 5) PROVIDE EGRESS WINDOW FOR FIRST FLOOR
 BEDROOM #2 PER 97 SBC SEC. 1005.4.
  
 6) PROVIDE EGRESS WINDOW FOR SECOND
 FLOOR BEDROOM #4 PER 97 SBC SEC. 1005.4.
  
 7) SAFETY GLAZING IS REQUIRED IN THE (3)
 MASTER BATHROOM WINDOWS PER 97 SBC SEC.
 2405.2.1(2) AND (3).
  
 8) PROVIDE ACCESS TO ATTIC SPACE PER
 97 SBC SEC. 2309.6.
  
 9) THE GUARDRAIL SYSTEM SHALL RESIST A
 200 LB. CONCENTRATED HORIZONTAL LOAD
 APPLIED ON A ONE FOOT SQUARE AREA AT ANY
 POINT IN THE SYSTEM. 97 SBC 1608.2.2.3.
  
 10) PROVIDE STAIR RISER HEIGHT DIMENSION
 ON PLANS. INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH 97
 SBC SEC. 1007.3, THE SUM OF TWO RISERS
 AND A TREAD, EXCLUSIVE OF NOSING, IS NOT
 LESS THAN 24" NOR MORE THAN 25".
  
 11) THE EMBOSSED SEAL, WET SIGNATURE AND
 DATE BY THE ENGINEER IS REQUIRED ON
 SHEETS 02,03,06,08,09 AND 10 OF THE
 PLANS WHICH HAVE HIS TITLE BLOCK.
  
 12) THE FOOTER SEC. ON SHEET 02 AT THE
 RIGHT SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE IS
 INCORRECTLY IDENTIFIED AS DETAIL #4 FOR
 A ONE STORY FOOTER AND SHOULD BE DETAIL
 #7 FOR A TWO STORY FOOTER.
  
 13) PROVIDE DETAILS OF SCUPPERS AND
 OVERFLOW SCUPPERS INDICATING SIZE AND
 LOCATION PER 97 SBC SEC. 1517.6.4.
  
 14) INDICATE THE LENGTH (MIN. EMBEDMENT)
 OF THE 5/8" DIA. ANCHOR BOLTS ON TYPICAL
 WALL SECTION ON SHEET 16. THE DRAWING
 APPEARS TO INDICATE WEDGE BOLTS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 15) INDICATE THE LENGTH OF THE 5/8" DIA.
 ANCHOR BOLTS SPECIFIED FOR THE BASE OF
 THE STEEL COLUMNS IN THE COLUMN SCHEDULE
 ON SHEET 02.

 18) THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED
 TO BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER/AGENT.
  
 19) PROVIDE A KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE FOR THE STORM PANELS.
