 BELOW FINAL GRADE REQUIRED BY THE SOIL
 REPORT AND THE CITY AMENDMENTS REQUIRING
 4" ABOVE FINISH GRADE. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) THE REQUIRED WINDLOADS FOR THE BED
 ROOM AND THE BATHROOM EXCEED THE DESIGN
 LOADS FOR THE WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVALS

 RATED AT 3900# PER YOUR ANCHOR SCHEDULE.

 HOWEVER, THE VALUES ARE REDUCED IF THE
 ANCHORS ARE LOCATED WITHIN 8" OF EACH

 INCORRECTLY LISTS THE LENGTH OUT OF

 PROVIDE THE CRITERIA USED TO DETERMINE
 THE LOADS WHEN TYPE OR AMOUNT OF
 FASTENERS IS DIFFERENT THAN THOSE LISTED
 IN THE CATALOG. PLEASE PROVIDE A
