 1) A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE BATHROOM WITH A
 DOOR THAT HAS A 29 INCH CLEAR OPENING AS
 REQUIRED BY THE 97 FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3) NEW WINDOWS IN THE SECOND FLOOR BED-
 ROOM (ABOVE THE SUNPORCH) MUST COMPLY
 WITH SECT. 1005.4 OF THE 97 SBC. FOR

 4) PROVIDE (2) PRODUCT APPROVALS, KEY
 PLANS AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES
 INDICATING THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF ANCHORS
 TO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS. MISSLE
 IMPACT PROTECTION IS REQUIRED FOR FRENCH
 DOORS(SEE PRODUCT APPROVAL)AND ANY OTHER
 GLAZED OPENINGS THAT ARE NOT IMPACT
 RESISTENT.
  
 5) STAIR WINDERS MUST COMPLY WITH SECT.
 1007.8.1 OF 97 SBC ( MIN. OF 6" TREAD
 DEPTH AT THE NARROW EDGE & MIN. TREAD
 DEPTH OF 11" AT A POINT 12" FROM THE
 NARROW EDGE.
 SECT. 3401.2.1 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 SHALL DETERMINE THE EXTENT TO WHICH THE
 EXISTING SYSTEM SHALL BE MADE TO CONFORM
 TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE TECHINICAL
 CODES FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
  
 6) SHEET A-1 STATES THAT THE MINIMAL
 POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE DESIGN PRESSURE
 FOR ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS IS 34 PSF.
 HOWEVER,THE STRUCTURAL NOTES ON SHEET
 A-2 FOR A TWO STORY STRUCTURE INDICATE
 A MINIMUM OF 39 PSF.
  
 7) PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVAL AND
 MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS FOR BUR
 USED ON BALCONY.
  
 8) PROVIDE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE CAST STONE BALLUSTRADE SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH 97 SBC SECT. 1015.3
 (SPACING OF INTERMEDIATE RAILS),1608.2.2
 (APPLIED LOADS) AND 1609.1.2 (ANCHORING
 FOR WINDLOADS).
  
 9) PROVIDE DETAILS OF STEEL COLUMNS,
 COLUMN BASES AND COLUMN CAPS INDICATING
 THE THICKNESS OF THE STEEL, TYPE OF
 WELDS, SIZE OF PLATES, SIZE AND SPACING
 OF HOLES AND IMBEDS, ETC. FOR THE
 COLUMNS AT THE FRONT PORCH AND AT THE
 LOGGIA.
  
 10) SEPARATE PERMITS WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR ROOFING, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING AND
 ELECTRICAL.
