 PRIVACY WALL WITH AN ACCESS PANEL FOR

 PANEL OPENS INTO THE PRIVATE PROPERTY OF
 THE ADJACENT LOT. PLEASE PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THERE IS AN EGRESS
 EASEMENT OR OTHER THAT WILL PREVENT THE
 ACCESS DOOR AND EGRESS FROM BEING
 BLOCKED BY SHRUBBERY, FENCE, POOL OR
 OTHER BARRIER.
  
 3) THE ACCESS PANEL ON SHEET A-1.0 IS
 SHOWN AS 30"X 30" AND ON SHEET A-2.0
 THE HEIGHT IS GIVEN AS 3'-0". PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 4) THE MASONRY OPENING FOR THE GLASS
 BLOCK IN THE KITCHEN IS INCORRECTLY
 LISTED AS 85 SQ FT. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 5) BUCK FASTENING DETAILS ON SHEET A-4.0
 AND NAILING SCHEDULE FOR BUCKS ON SHEET
 S2 CONTAIN CONFLICTING INFORMATION.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6) THE SOIL REPORT CALLS FOR FOUNDATIONS
 TO BEAR 14 INCHES BELOW GRADE. SECTION C
 ON SHEET A-3.0 SHOWS ONLY 12 IN. BELOW
 FINAL GRADE. PLEASE CORRECT.
 NOTE: THE CITY AMENDMENTS TO THE 97 SBC
 REQUIRE THAT THE BUILDING FLOOR
 ELEVATION AT THE PERIMETER OF A MONO-
 LITHIC FOUNDATION AT HABITABLE AREAS
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 4 INCHES ABOVE
 FINISH GRADE.
  
 7)PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR GLASS BLOCK. THE ONES THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED HAD EXPIRED PRIOR TO
 APPLYING FOR PERMIT.
  
 8) PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 STORM PANELS. THESE ARE REQUIRED IN
 ADDITION TO THE KEY PLAN, INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE AND APPROVED DRAWINGS WHICH
 WERE SUBMITTED.
