 1) ADDITIONAL IMPACT FEES MAY BE DUE TO
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. REVISED PLANS MUST BE
 REVIEWED BY THE COUNTY, STAMPED BY THEM
 AND A COPY OF THE RECIEPT SUBMITTED TO
 THE CITY OF WPB BEFORE THE REVISION CAN
 BE APPROVED.
  
 2) REVISED ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND
 MANUAL "J" CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 3) THE ORIGINAL PLANS WERE DESIGNED
 USING THE 1997 SBC CRITERIA AND 110 MPH
 WIND SPEED. THE REVISION IS USING THE
 2001 FBC AND A 140 MPH WIND SPEED. THE
 REVISION MUST USE THE SAME DESIGN
 CRIETRIA AS THE PERMITTED PLANS.
  
 4) THE PLAN NOTES, FRAMING NOTES AND
 FOUNDATION NOTES ON C1 HAVE BEEN CHANGED
 FROM THE APPROVED PLANS.
  
 5) PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 MULLIONS CONNECTING THE 16' SLIDING
 GLASS DOOR AND FIXED GLASS WINDOWS AT
 THE GREAT ROOM OR PROVIDE ENGINEERING
 FOR THIS ASSEMBLY.
  
 7) PROVIDE REVISED KEY PLAN AND
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOR STORM PANELS.
  
 8) THE EGRESS WINDOW AT THE PROPOSED DEN
 EXCEEDS THE OPENING AREA ALLOWED BY
 TABLE 600 OF THE 97 SBC. BASED ON THE
 DISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINE 20 PERCENT
 OF THE WALL AREA (20.68 SQFT.)IS ALLOWED
  
 9) DETAIL 6 ON A5 INDICATES A 45 DEGREE
 OFFSET HANGER. DUE TO THE REVISION THE
 WALL IS NO LONGER ON A 45. PLEASE REVISE
 HANGER.
  
 10) THE UPLIFT VALUES FOR THE TRUSSES ON
 A6 FOR THE REVISION HAVE HIGHER VALUES
 DUE TO THE DIFFERENT DESIGN CRITERIA
 THAT WAS USED. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 11) THE UPLIFT VALUES FOR THE GIRDER
 TRUSS AT THE MASTER BEDROOM ARE SHOWN ON
 THE WRONG TRUSS.
  
 12)THE PA 28 ANCHORS INDICATED IN DETAIL
 11 ON A5 IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE USED AS A
 TRUSS ANCHOR WHERE RESISTANCE TO LATERAL
 FORCES IS REQUIRED. PLEASE REVIEW.
  
 ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 ADDITIONAL AREA.
