 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS THAT
 HAVETHE SIGNATURE OF OWNER/AGENT.
  
 3) THE DESIGN CERTIFICATION FORM IS NOT
 CORRECT. PLEASE INDICATE THE DESIGN
 CRITERIA THAT WAS USED TO CALCULATE THE
 LOADS ON THE STRUCTURE. DESIGN
 ASSUMPTIONS AND PARAMETERS MUST BE
 BASEDON EITHER 97SBC 1606 OR ASCE 7-95.
 CRITERIA CAN NOT BE MIXED.
 ALSO, THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT (THE AVERAGE
 HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST ROOF TO FINISHED
 GRADE) IS APPROXIMATELY 27' NOT
 35'.THISCHANGES THE BASIC VELOCITY
 PRESSURE.
 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4)PROVIDE (2) CURRENT AND COMPLETE
 COPIES OF SBCCI OR METRO-DADE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR:
 - SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS
 - STRUCTURAL MULLIONS
 - FRENCH DOORS
 - METAL DOORS
 - DOOR WITH SIDELITES (ENTRY)
 - OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS
 - ROOFING MATERIALS (SLOPED & FLAT
 ROOF)- CANVAS AWNING AND FRAME (OR
 APPLYUNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT)
  
 5) PROVIDE (2) PRODUCT APPROVALS, KEY
 PLANS AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES
 INDICATING THE SPECIFIC TYPES OF
 ANCHORSTO BE USED FOR STORM PANELS.
  
 6) PROVIDE UL LISTING INFORMATION AND
 MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS FOR GAS
 FIREPLACE, CHIMNEY, CONNECTORS AND
 ACCESSORIES. FACTORY-BUILT FIREPLACES
 SHALL BE TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF UL 127.
 GAS APPLIANCES SHALL BE INSTALLED AND
 VENTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIRE-
 MENTS OF THE STANDARD GAS CODE. 97 SBC
 2804.4, 2806, 2809 AND 2810.
 NOTE: A SEPARATE GAS PERMIT WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 7) PROVIDE SOIL TEST PER 1804.2.2 OF
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO 97 SBC.
  
 8) PROVIDE DETAILS OF CHIMNEY
 CONSTRUCTION INDICATING SIZE AND SPACING
 OF FRAMING, CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE USED
 TO PROVIDE CONTINOUS LOAD PATH, FIRE
 BLOCKING, METHOD OF ATTACMENT TO WALL OF
 STRUCTURE, ETC.
  
 9) THE SUM OF 2 RISERS AND A TREAD,
 EXCLUSIVE OF THE NOSING PROJECTION,SHALL
 NOT BE LESS THAN 24" NOR MORE THAN 25".
 97 SBC 1007.3.1 PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 10) BEDROOMS #3 AND #4 AND GAME ROOM ON
 THE SECOND FLOOR MUST MEET EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS PER 97 SBC 1005.4. FOR
 SLEEPING ROOMS (GAME ROOM COULD BE USED
 AS A SLEEPING ROOM). AN SH25 IS REQUIRED
 TO PROVIDE THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING
 HEIGHT OF 24". PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 11) INDICATE THE CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE
 USED TO SECURE PARAPET WALLS TO THE
 STRUCTURE (PROVIDE A CONTINOUS LOAD
 PATH ).
  
 12) PROVIDE SECTIONS OF THE DORMERS AND
 THE WOOD FRAMED STAIR WELL WITH DETAILS
 INDICATING THE CONNECTORS (LOAD PATH),
 SIZE AND SPACING OF FRAMING MEMBERS,
 ATTACHMENT OF FRAME WALLS TO MASONRY
 WALLS, ETC.
  
 13) THE TRUSS ENGINEER MUST DESIGN THE
 TRUSSES TO BE SISTERED TO THE RAFTERS AT
 THE GARAGE AS INDICATED ON SHEET 1 AND
 ACKNOWLEDGE THIS ON TRUSS SUBMITTALS.
