 BE REQUIRED.

 SHEETS ARE SIGNED BUT NOT SEALED. PLEASE

 4) PLEASE INDICATE ON SHEET 3B, THE
 TRUSS ANCHOR THAT WILL BE USED TO ATTACH
 GIRDER TRUSS GT1 ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF
 THE GARAGE AND RESIST THE 5470# UPLIFT
 AND 13,104# LATERAL LOAD.
  
 5) THE WALL SECTION ON SHEET 5 INDICATES
 FOOTER WIDTH OF 12 INCHES AND FOUNDATION
 PLAN HAS 16 INCH WIDTH AND 16 INCH DEPTH
 IN ONE PLACE AND 16 INCH WIDTH AND 12
 INCH DEPTH IN ANOTHER. PLEASE CLARIFY.

 1) THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE STRUCTURE
 IS LISTED AS 16 FT. ON SHEET 1 OF THE
 PLANS, HOWEVER THE TRUSS DRAWINGS LIST
 15 FT. AS THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT (EXCEPT
 PAGES 7 & 8 WHICH DIFFER). PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 2) THE TRUSS DRAWINGS LIST SBCCI 97 AS
 THE DESIGN CRITERIA. SBCCI IS THE
 ORGANIZATION. THE DESIGN CRITERIA IS
 CONTAINED IN THE 97 STANDARD BUILDING
 CODE (97 SBC). PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 3) IF USING A COVER OR INDEX SHEET IN
 LIEU OF SIGNING AND SEALING EACH SHEET,
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF 61G15-31.003 MUST BE
 MET. SEE ATTACHED SHEET FOR REQUIREMENTS
