 OPENINGS WHICH IS MISSING ON THE EXIST-
 ING STAIRWELL DOOR.
  
 THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH EXITING
 FOR THIS TENANT SPACE, UNDER ASSEMBLY
 OCCUPANCY. WHEN WE USE 15 SQ FT/ PERSON
 THERE IS A GREAT CONCERN IF THE STAIRS
 & DOORWAYS WILL HANDLE THE LOADING
 PLEASE SUBMITT A LIFE SAFETY PLAN FOR
 THE FIRST FLOOR & SECOND FLOOR SHOWING
 THE EXITING, THE REAL PROBLEM!!!! IS
 WHEN UNDER A NIGHTCLUB OCCUPANCY WE GO
 A MORE CONCENTRATED AREAS FOR DANCE
 FLOORS TO 7 SQ FT & 3 SQ FT FOR BARS.
 THE DESIGN DOESN'T BEGIN TO WORK FOR
 A CONSINTRATION AS THIS MAY BE.
  
 4)- SBC 1003.3.5 THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN
 NEEDS TO SHOW THE CONVERGING EXITS AND
 THE TENANT LOADS THROUGH TO THE EXTERIOR
 OF THE BUILDING.
  
 5)- SBC 104.2.2* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 SERVICE CORRIDOR 108: VERIFY THAT THERE
 IS A ACCESSIBLE RAMP WITH A HEIGTH TRANS
