 LEVEL 3.0 ARE IN AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY
 OCCUPANCY. SBC 1019.8: IN BUILDINGS OF
 GROUP A OCCUPANCY, FLIGHTS OF LESS THAN
 (3) THREE RISERS SHALL NOT BE USED IN
 INTERIOIR OR EXTERIOR STAIRWAYS, EXIT
 PASSAGE WAYS, AISLES, AT ENTRANCES OR
 ELSEWHERE IN CONNECTION WITH REQUIRED
 EXITS. TO OVERCOME LESSER DIFFERENCES
 IN LEVEL, RAMPS MAY BE USED.
  
 2)- WHERE THERE IS A ELEVATION CHANGE,

 3)- FL ACCESSIBILITY CODE: 4.8.3 CLEAR
 WIDTH, RAMPS THAT ARE USED AS A MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 44" WIDE.
  
 4)- FL ACC CODE RAMPS 4.8.4 (LEVEL 2.2)
 ALL LANDINGS ON RAMPS SHALL BE NOT LESS
 THAN 60" CLEAR, AND THE BOTTOM OF EACH
 RAMP SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF
 STRAIGHT AND LEVEL SURFACE.
  
 5)_ FL ACC CODE 4.8.5 HANDRAILS: IF A
 RAMP HAS A RISE GREATER THAN 6" OR A

 7)- REVISE THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN TO
 INCLUDE LEVEL 2.2 64 PEOPLE FOR FIXED
 SEATING AND 64' OF BAR @ 2' PER PERSON
 OR ANOTHER 32 PEOPLE.
  
 8)- THE CORRIDOR BEHIND THE KITCHEN WILL
 NEED TO BE AN EXIT CORRIDOR, SINCE THIS
 IS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY THE TABLE
 705.1.2 OF THE SBC REQUIRES A 2 HR.
 RATING ON WALLS CEILING AND FLOOR. ALL
 OPENINGS WILL REQUIRE AN 1 1/2 HR. OPEN-
 ING PROTECTION, AND THE CORRIDOR HAS TO
 EXTEND TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING.
  
 9)- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL ON ALL
 EXTERIOR GLAZING, TO INDICATE CONFORMITY
 WITH IMPACT REQUIREMENTS FOR HURRICANE
 PROTECTION.
