 THE LOT FOR THE CHAPEL IS IDENTIFIED
 AS74.43.43.27.25.000.0010. CITY &
 COUNTY DOES HAVE THE ADDRESS AS 901
 S. OLIVE AVENUE. DOES THE COLLEGE WANT
 THE SAME ADDRESS FOR BOTH BUILDINGS, A
 UNITY OF TITLE WOULD BE REQUIRED. ANOTH
 ER SOLUTION TO THE SITUATION IS TO HAVE
 THE EXISTING (OLD YWCA) DO A ADDRESS
 CHANGE TO 917 S OLIVE. THE CITY WOULD
 REQUIRE A WRITTEN REQUEST SO THERE IS A
 RECORD OF A ADDRESS CHANGE RECORDED,
 FOR ALL EMEERGENCY AGENCIES, AS WELL AS
 UTITIES & THE POST OFFICE TO RECEIVE
 A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FROM THE CITY.
  
 2)- THRESHOLD INSPECTOR: FL S.S.553/
 CHAPTER 468 THE CITY IS IN RECEIPT OF
 THE THRESHOLD REPORT, THE THRESHOLD
 INSPECTOR THAT WILL ASSIGNED TO THE
 PROJECT HASN'T INTERVIEWED WITH THE
 ASSISTANT BUILDING OFF. DONALD NEELY.
 THIS IS A PREREQUISITE BEFORE ISSUANCE
 OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.

 ASCE 7-98)THE PRESENTCODE RECOGNIZEZS
 THE CURRENT ASCE 7-95 AND SINCE ASCE
 7-98 IS MORE STRINGENT IT MORE THAN

 WITH ASSOCIATED FEES. THEY WILL ALSO
 NEED TO COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 1606.4.1/
 1707.4.1 SBC AMENDMENTS AS WELL AS THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR LARGE PROJECTS, CITYS'
 OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION FOR THE IMPLE-
 MENTATION OF HURRICANE MISSLE IMPACT
 PROTECTION STANDARDS.
  
 5)- ITEMS 16 & 17 FROM LAST REVIEW:
 PROVISO THAT THE SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE
 PRECAST STONE PANELS & CAST STONE BANDS
 BE REVIEWED THE THE DESIGN PROFESSINALS
 & APPROVED BEFORE SUBMITTAL TO THE BUILD
 ING DEPART. FOR PUBLIC RECORD.
  
 6)- PLANS BE SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR IMPACT
 FEES.
  
 7)- AFTERPAYMENT TO COUNTY FOR THE
 IMPACT FEES CITY WILL ASSESS THE RADON
