 THE DESIGN. ENCLOSED IS A CHECKLIST OF
 REQUIREMENTS FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESI-
 DENCE, THESE REQUIREMENTS ALSO APPLY FOR
 AN ADDITION.
  
 2)- PRODUCT APPROVALS MUST BE THE FULL
 REPORT ON THE CORRECT SIZE PAPER NOT THE
 TOPS & BOTTOMS CUT OFF.
  
 3)- PLANS ARE TO BE DRAWN TO SCALE TO
 SCALE, A FLOOR PLAN, WALL SECTIONS WITH
 DETAILS OF WALL SECTION,(ANCHORAGE),A
 ROOF OR TRUSS PLAN LAY OUT WITH THE
 ANTICIPATED UPLIFT VALUES. HOLD DOWN
 DEVICES WITH PRODUCT NAME, MODEL AND THE
 UPLIFT VALUES. A SECTION THROUGH THE
 ROOF GIVING THE PLYWOOD THICKNESS,
 ROOFING MATERIALS, SPAN OF BUILDING.
  
 4)- FL.ENERGY CALCULATIONS & WORKSHEETS.
  
 5)- ENCLOSED ARE SAMPLES OF BUILDING
 DETAILS THAT WILL BE REQUIRED, AS OWNER
 YOU WILL NEED TO DETERMINE IF THE STUC-
 TURE WILL BE FRAME OR CONCRETE BLOCK &
 STEEL.
  
 6)- SHOW IF THERE IS TO BE ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING OR AIR CONDITIONING.
