 2. PLEASE ADD NOTES STATING THAT THE
 CONTRACTOR TO OBTAIN ALL THE REQUIRED
 PERMITTING FOR LANE CLOSURE DURING THE
 ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION.
 3. NEW SHOULDER, SWALE AREA ALONG THE
 45TH STREET SHOULD BE SODDED.
 4. USE DOUBLE LINE 4" WIDE TO DIMENSION
 THE PARKING STALL PER CITY OF WPB
 REQUIREMENT.
 5. ALL DRIVEWAY REPAIR / REPLACEMENT
 SHOULD BE PER CITY OF WPB'S STANDARD AND
 DETAILS.
 6. TRUCK WASHOUT AREA SHOULD BE PROVIDED
 DURING THE CONSTRUCTION. THIS WOULD BE
 ADDED TO THE EROSION / POLLUTION CONTROL
 PLAN. YOU MAY CONTACT THE CITY OF WPB
 FOR DETAILS.
 7. IF THE GARBAGE IS TO BE PICKED UP BY
 THE CITY OF WPB, THEN DUMPSTER WHICH
 MEETS THE CITY'S REQUIREMENT SHOULD BE
 DETAILED.YOU MAY CONTACT THE CITY OF
 WPB FOR DETAILS.
 8. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ADD A RECYCLING
 CENTER TO YOUR DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE PERVIOUS AND
 IMPERVIOUS AREA COMPUTATIONS IN A 8 1/2
 X 11 SHEET SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 DESIGN ENGENEER.IT WILL INCLUDE
 PROJECT NAME, PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER
 AND ADDRESS.THIS DATA WILL BE USED TO
 COMPUTE THE STORM WATER CHARGES TO THE
 PROPERTY.THIS CAN BE DONE WITH PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
 10. SHOW THE LOCATION AND CONNECTION
 FOR WATER METER AND BACKFLOW PREVENTERS.
 11. SHOW THE LOCATION AND CONNECTION
 FOR IRRIGATION METER AND BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS.
 12. ALL BACKFLOW PREVENTERS SHOULD BE
 COMPLETELY HIDDEN FROM VIEW WITH SHRUBS
 PRIOR TO ACTIVATION.
 13. ALL METERS SHOULD BE ACCSSIBLE.

 POINTS.
 15. SHOW THE LOCATION OF SAMPLE PIONTS
 ON WATER LINES.

 STORM WATER CONFLITS AND REFER TO THE
 APPROPRIATE DETAILS / PLAN PROFILES.
