 PED ACCESSIBILITY. SINCE THE CONTRACT
 VALUE IS $30,000.00 / $6,000.00 WWOULD
 BE SPENT IN UP GRADES. THE BUILDING DOES
 HAVE AN ELEVATOR FOR VERTICAL ACCESSIBIL
 ITY, (II) AN ACCESSIBILE ROUTE TO THE
 ALTERED AREA, WOULD BE THE NEXT ELEMENT
 TO REVIEW. THIS WOULD INCLUDE THE LOUNGE
 AREA. (III) THE THIRD AREA WOULD BE AT
 LEAST (1) ACCESSIBILE RESTROOM FOR EACH
 SEX OR A SINGLE UNISEX RESTROOM.
  
 SHOW HOW THE $6,000.00 DOLLARS WILL BE
 USED. A COPY OF THE DISPROPORTION COST
 IS ENCLOSED.
