 1) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO
 PALMBEACH CO.,THE PERMIT PLANS STAMPED
 BY
 THEM AND THE RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2)A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3)THE DESIGN CERTIFICATION FORMS
 INCORRECTLY LIST THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT
 AS 15 FT. THE ACTUAL MEAN ROOF IS CLOSE
 TO 18 FT. THIS CHANGE WILL INCREASE THE
 BASIC VELOCITY PRESSURE. PLEASE MAKE
 ALLNECESSARY CORRECTIONS.
  
 4) A COPY OF THE SOIL TEST WITH THE
 WET SIGNATURE, DATE AND EMBOSSED SEAL
 OFTHE ENGINEER IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) PROVIDE 2 CURRENT COMPLETE COPIES OF
 SBCCI OR METRO DADE PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR:
 - STRUCTURAL WINDOW MULLIONS
 - ROOF COVERING MATERIALS
  
 6)THE SITE SPECIFIC ENGINEERING THAT
 WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE EXTERIOR DOORS IS
 REQUIRED TO HAVE THE WET SIGNATURE,
 DATEAND EMBOSSED SEAL OF THE ENGINEER
 CERTIFYING THE PRODUCT AND OF THE
 DESIGNPROFESSIONAL OF RECORD.
  
 7) NO FOUNDATION FOR WALL AND FENCE AT
 FRONT OF STRUCTURE IS INDICATED ON
 FOUNDATION PLAN SHEET A-1. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 8) PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONSAND UL LISTING FOR BBQ.
 97 SBC 2808.
  
 9) PROVIDE ENGINEERING FOR BUTT GLASS
 PER 97 SBC 2406.2.
