 3). FL. ACCESSIBILITY CODE 4.13.5-
 CLEAR WIDTH OF DOORS, THE DOORS LEADING
 INTO THE HANDICAPPED RESTROOMS WILL
 REQUIRE A CLEAR 32" OPENING, MEASURING
 FROM THE FACE OF THE DOOR TO THE DOOR
 STOP ON THE OTHER JAMB.
 4). FL. ACCESIBILITY CODE 4.13.6-
 MANEUVERING CLEARENCES AT DOORS- SEE
 RESTROOM DOORS INTERIOR LATCH SIDE
 REQUIRES 18" MINIMUM.
 5). SEE FL. ACCESSIBILITY FOR DISPRO-
 PORTIONATE COST 20%. SEE ATTACHMENT.
 6). SBC 704.3 OFFICE #119 WILL REQUIRE
 A 1 HR WALL FOR TENANT FIRE SEPERATION.
 WILL NEED A DETAIL FOR THE WALL FROM
 FLOOR TO CEILING, UL LISTING OR GYPSUM
 NUMBER.
 7). ENERGY CALS SIGNED BY THE PERSON PRE
