 HAVE SUFFICIENT STUCTURAL INFORMATION TO
 BE ABLE TO DO A COMPENTENT STRUCTURAL
 PLAN REVIEW AT THIS TIME.
  
 1)- A STUCTURAL DESIGN CERTIFICATION
 CODE ANALYSIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED FOR
 THE CANOPY. ATTACHED COPY.
  
 2)- MISSING IS THE ENGINEERS' ANALYSIS
 FOR MOMENT OF OVERTURNING FOR THE CANOPY
  
 3)- MISSNG IS THE FOOTING AND MONOLITHIC
 PAD INFORMATION, GRADE OF STEEL, SPACING
 SIZE OF STEEL,PLACEMENTAND INFORMATION
 ON THE CONCRETE MIX.
  
 4)- ENGINEER TO GIVE THE P.S.F. THAT
 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE (3) FOOTINGS OF
 THE CANOPY.
  
 5)- SOILS REPORT FOR THE CANOPY.
  
 6)- TUBULAR COLUMNS: MISSING IS THE SIZE
 OF THE STEEL,GRADE, THICKNESS OF THE
 WALL,LBS/FT CONNECTIONS AT THE FOOTER
 AND TO THE CANOPY FRAME, WELDS/ TYPE.
  
 7)- CANOPY FRAMING: NO INFORMATION IS
 GIVEN: SBC 404.2.2. REQUIRES THE CANOPY
 AND SUPPORTS TO BE 1HR. OR TYPE III
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 8)- NO INFORMATION IS GIVEN AS TO THE
 FINISH MATERIALS,SIDES, ROOF DECKING,
 GUTTERS & LITTERS OR SIGNAGE.
  
 9)- SBC 404.2.2(2) THE CANOPY MUST MEET
 THESE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 10)- SBC 404.2.4. PUMPS INSTALLED ABOVE
 GRADE SHALL BE MOUNTED ON A CONCRETE
 FOUNDATION & PROTECTED AGAINST VEHICLE
 DAMAGE.
 EXISTING BUILDING:
 11)- CANOPY "A" THE DRAWINGS INDICATE
 THE CANOPY TO BE MADE OUT OF 2X4 TRUSSES
 THEY ALSO INDICATE THAT THERE WILL BE A
 DOUBLE 2X4 BOLTED TO THE WALL. THE
 PROBLEM IS WITH THE 9" TAP-CONS WE CAN
 NOT FIND IN ANY CATALOGS 9" TAP-CONS,
 PLEASE SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURES SPECS.
  
 12)- RESTROOM: SBC 1203.4.2/SMC 503.3.2
 REQUIRES COMMERCIAL RESTROOMS TO HAVE A
 MINIMUM 2 CU.FT./ MIN EXCHANGE OF AIR
 WHERE THERE IS NO WINDOW.
