 CLEAR WIDTH: DOORWAYS SHALL HAVE A MIN-
 IMUM CLEAR OPENING OF 32" WITH THE DOOR
 OPEN 90 DEGREES, MEASURED BETWEEN THE
 FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE OPPOSITE STOP.
 THE RESTROOM DOORS NEED TO BE REPLACED
 SINCE THEY DO NOT CONFORM WITH THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 THE FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE 4.1.6.2.2
 ALTERATIONS TO AN AREA CONTAINING A
 PRIMARY FUNCTION.ALTERATIONS MADE TO
 PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH TO AN ALTERED
 AREAS SHALL BE DEEMED DISPROPORTINATE TO
 THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE COST
 EXCEEDS 20% OF THE ALTERTIONTO THE PRI-
 MARY FUNCTION AREA.
 20% OR $2400.00 WILL HAVE TO GO INTO UP-
 GRADING THE BUILDING TO MEET THE CURRENT
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 THERE IS ORDER IN CHOOSING WHICH SCCESS-
 IBLE ELEMENTS TO PROVIDE, PRIORITY
 SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE ELEMENTS THAT
 WILL PROVIDE THE GREASTEST ACCESS, IN
 THE FOLLOWING ORDER:
 1 AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE- OK.
 2AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED
 AREA-OK.
 3 AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR
 EACH SEX OR A SINGGLE UNISEX RESTROOM.
  
 THIS IS WHERE THE BUILDING NEEDS TO BE
 UPDATED.IF THE 20% HASN'T BEEN REACHED
 THE NEXT ITEM IS:
 4 ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES.
 5 ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAINAND
 6 ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH AS
