 SHOWN ON THE PLAN.THERE MUST BE FIVE
 FOOT OF CLEARANCE FROM THE EDGE OF THE
 DRIVE TO THE HYDRANT. IF THE DRIVEWAY
 HAS TO BE INSTALLED AT THIS LOCATION THE

 FIRE HYDRANT AT THEIR COST.THE NEW
 FIRE HYDRANT LOCATION MUST BE FIVE FOOT

 ALL DRIVEWAY APPROACHES THAT ARE NOT TO
 BE USED MUST BE REMOVED AND REPLACED
 WITH NEW CURBS (AND GUTTERS).
 ALL DRIVEWAYS MUST BE TO THE ATTACHED
 CITY STANDARD DRIVEWAY INDEX.
 ALL GRADES FOR CITY SIDEWALKS AND DRIVES
 MUST BE SET UP BY THE CITY SURVEY CREW.
 CALL ED RYAN AT 659-8040 TO SET UP AN
 APPOINTMENT.
 ALL RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT MUST BE APPLIED
 FOR TO INSTALL THE DRIVEWAY APPROACH AND
 SIDEWALKS.APPLY FOR THE PERMIT AT THE
 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AT 1000-45TH ST.
 WATER AND SEWER:
 A RPZA BACKFLOW PREVENTER MUST BE
 INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY LINE.
 A CLEAN-OUT IS REQUIRED ON THE SEWER
 LINE AT THE PROPERETY LINE.
 NO TREES CAN BE PLANTED WITHIN FIVE FOOT
 OF ANY WATER, SANITARY OR STORM LINE OR
 APPURTANANCES OWNED BY THE CITY.THIS
 INCLUDES HYDRANTS AND WATER SERVICES
 AND SANITARY SEWER LATERALS.
