 A KNOX-BOX FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSES. AN
 APPLICATION FOR THIS BOX CAN BE OBTAINED
 FROM WEST PALM BEACH FIRE RESCUE,
 STATION #1.
 2) BUILDING ADDRESS NOT SHOWN ON
 ELEVATION DRAWINGS. BUILDING ADDRESS TO
 COMPLY WITH CITY CODE REQUIREMENTS.
 3) PROVISIONS ARE TO BE MADE FOR AT
 LEAST TWO HANDICAPPED PERSONS.
 4) ENTIRE BUILDING IS TO BE COMPLETELY
 FIRE SPRINKLER PROTECTED. THIS INCLUDES
 ALL MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND SERVICE
 ROOMS. ALSO ALL VERTICAL SHAFTS ARE
 TO BE PROTECTED BY FIRE SPRINKLERS.
 NO HYDRAULIC CALCULATIONS WERE PROVIDED
 WITH FIRE SPRINKLER DRAWINGS. A SEPARATE
 PLAN AND PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
 5) CLEARLY INDICATE FIRE HYDRANT
 LOCATIONS IN RELATIONSHIP TO NEW
 BUILDING.
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE INTERIOR FLAME SPREAD
 INFORMATION ON ALL INTERIOR FINISHES.
 THIS INCLUDES DRAPERIES, SEATS, ETC.
 7) ANY DOOR IN A REQUIRED MEANS OF
 EGRESS SUBJECT TO AN OCCUPANCY OF 100
 OR MORE PERSONS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH
 APPROVED PANIC HARDWARE. IF THEY ARE
 FIRE DOORS, THEN THEY ARE TO BE EQUIPPED
 WITH APPROVED PANIC FIRE EXIT HARDWARE.
 8)PLEASE PROVIDE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOADS
 FOR ALL FLOORS.
 9) AT LEAST ONE USEABLE STAIR IS TO BE
 PROVIDED DURING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
 10) FIRE HYDRANTS ARE TO BE PROVIDED
 PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION.
 11) A TEMPORARY STANDPIPE IS TO BE
 PROVIDED FOR THE BUILDING WHEN IT
 REACHES THREE STORIES AND 50 FEET IN
 HEIGHT.
 12) PLEASE INDICATE THE TYPE OF STAGES
 OR PLATFORMS PLANNED FOR THE AUDITORIUM
 AREAS.
 13) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE FIRE ALARM
 SYSTEM SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE FIRE
 ALARM SYSTEM. CUT SHEETS, WIRING DIAGRAM
 AND FLOOR PLANS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED.
 FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM
 ARE TO BE MONITORED BY A UL LISTED
 CENTRAL STATION APPROVED BY THE FIRE
 RESCUE DEPARTMENT.
 14) PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAILS ON OWNER
 SUPPLIED CHORAL SEATED RISERS PLANNED
 FOR CHORAL REHEARSAL, 335.
 15) ELEVATORS TO COMPLY WITH ANSI A17.1
 AND 4A-47,UNIFORM RULES AND STANDARDS
 FOR ELEVATORS.
 16) DOUBLE DOORS LEADING FROM SOUND LOCK
 INTO GALLERY, FIRST FLOOR TO BE 20
 MINUTE FIRE DOORS WITH CLOSERS.
 17) PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS AND PERMITS
 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE REQUIRED
 STANDPIPE SYSTEM AND FIRE PUMP.
 18) PLATFORM CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLY WITH
 NFPA 101, THE LIFE SAFETY CODE, 1985
 EDITION, SECTION 8-3.2.1.3. IS STORAGE
 GOING TO BE PERMITTED UNDERNEATH THE
 PLATFORM.
 19) PROVIDE FLAMESPREAD DETAILS FOR
 PROJECTION SCREEN.
 20) PLEASE PROVIDE CODE SECTIONS FOR
 SEATING LAYOUTS SHOWN ON PLANS.
