 GENERAL NOTE:
  
 1.AN APPROVED BACKFLOW PREVENTER,
 ASSEMBLY WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED,
 IF NOT ALREADY IN PLACE, AT THE POINT,
 OF SERVICE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. ALL,
 BACKFLOW PREVENTERS SHALL BE COMPLETELY,
 HIDDEN FROM VIEW WITH SHRUBS PRIOR TO,
 ACTIVATION.
  
 2.A CLEAN-OUT WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED,
 IN THE SANITARY SEWER LATERAL, ON THE,
 PROPERTY AT THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK,
 IF NOT ALREADY INSTALLED.
  
 3.A SEPARATE IRRIGATION METER IS
 SUGGESTED TO SAVE ON THE MONTHLY
 WATER BILL. AN APPROVED BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED
 ON THIS LINE.
  
 4.IF KITCHEN FACILITIES OR WORK SHOPS
 ARE BUILT THEN OIL AND OR GREASE
 SEPARATORS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED
 TO MEET THE CITIES WASTEWATER DISCHARGE
 ORDINANCE.
  
 5.NO TREES SHALL BE PLANTED WITHIN 5'
 OF ANY WATER, SANITARY OR STORM LINE
 OWNED BY THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH.
 NO TREES SHALL BE PLANTED IN ANY
 UTILITIES EASEMENT THAT HAVE OUR WATER,
 SANITARY OR STORM LINES IN THEM.
 THE 5' CLEARANCE SHALL MEAN FROM
 THE OUTSIDE OF THE UTILITY LINE TO
 THE EDGE OF THE ROOT BALL OF THE TREE.
 IF THESE CLEARANCES CAN NOT BE MET
 THEN ROOT BARRIER MATERIAL MAY BE USED,
 IF SUBMITTED ON AND APPROVED AT THE TIME
 OF THE PLAN REVIEW.NO PLANTS, TREES,
 LIGHT POLES, TRASH RECEPTACLES AND/OR
 SIGN POSTS SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN 5' OF

 SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAY REQUIREMENTS:
  
 1.ALL BROKEN SIDEWALKS ALONG THE PROPERT

 FROM MOVING WHEN THE DUMPSTER IS SET
 INSIDE.3. IF TRUCK ENTERS THRU OKEE-
 CHOBBE THEN IT MUST CLEAR CANOPY.
 4.THE OPENING OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 MUST BE ANGLED SO THAT A 40' LONG TRUCK
 CAN ACCESS DUMPSTER.
