 ADJACACEENT 2 STORY EXISTING WALL. THE
 DETAIL CALLS OUT FOR FOR UL DES U473 TO
 BE INSTALLED ATOP OF A STEEL BEAM. HOW
 WILL THE CEMENTITIOUS BACKER BOARD BE AT
 TACHED? THE SECOND QUESTION IS HOW WILL
 THE BOTTOM OF THE CEMENTITIOUS BOARD BE
 SEALED FOR FIRE PROOFING? THE THIRD ITEM
 IN THIS DETAIL IS A NOTE ON INSTALLING
 FIRE MASTER BOARD UL 723 IN THE UL LIST-
 ING BOOK X723 LIST A SPRAY TYPE OF INSUL
 ATION, WE NEED MORE INFORMATION FOR THIS
 2 HR RATING?
 3)- SHEET RA-6 SHOWS A DETAIL ON THE
 1-HR RATED ACOUSTIC TILE CEILING, PLEASE
 PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE TILE, FRAME
 AND TILE LOCKING OR HOLD DOWN.
 4)- NOTE: THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE
 SECOND FLOOR WILL BE USED FOR STORAGE
 PURPOSES ONLY, TAKING THE EXCEPTION OF
 NO ELEVATOR REQUIRED BY THE FL. ACCESS-
 IBILITY CODE. IF THE TENANT OCCUPANCY
 USAGE CHANGES TO A HABITABLE SPACE A
