 IMPACT), ENTRY DOORS WITH SIDELITES
 ASSEMBLY.
 -PROVIDE UL LISTING FOR FIREBOX AND BBQ
 4-PROVIDE SAFETY GLASS IN MASTER BATH
 WINDOW. SECTION 2405.2 SBC 1997.
 5-PROVIDE THE DESIGN PRESSURES THAT WERE
 CALCULATED FOR ALL EXTERIOR OPENINGS
 OF THIS BUILDING. SECTION 1606 SBC/97.
 6-PROVIDE A COMPLETE STAIR SECTION WITH
 ALL SPECIFICATIONS AS PER SEC 1007 SBC
 7-PROVIDE COMPLETE SECTION/DETAIL AT
 SECOND FLOOR BEDROOM BALCONY. SPECIFY
 ALL FASTENERS INCLUDING GUARDRAIL
 CONSTRUCTION.
 8-PROVIDE ATTIC ACCESS AT SECOND FLOOR
 ROOF, AT FRONT ROOF AREA OF GARAGE, AT
 MAIN ROOF AND AT FRONT/ENTRY TOWER
 SECTION 2309.6 SBC 1997.
 9-REVISE TRUSS ANCHOR SCHEDULE. SOME
 CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ARE CONCRETE TO
 WOOD, WHILE ACTUAL CONNECTION REQUIRES
 A WOOD TO WOOD CONNECTOR. SEE SECOND
 FLOOR AND TOWER ROOF PLANS.
 10-PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAIL AND
 SPECS FOR FRAMING OF ARCHED OPENINGS.
 SPECIFY ALL FASTENERS.
 11-CLARIFY IF WALL BY THE KITCHEN AREA
 IS BEARING OR NON-BEARING. IF SO, THEN
 IT NEEDS AN INTERIOR FOOTING.
 12-REVISE SIZE OF WATER STOP. 1 1/2" NOT
 3/4". SECTION 2111.6 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 13-SPECIFY SIZE OF CEILING FANS. SEE
 TABLE 6-6 OF FLORIDA ENERGY EFFICIENCY
 CODE FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION,1997 ED
 14-COMPLETELY SPECIFY CEIL'G CONSTRUCT'N
 AT ENTRY AND REAR PORCHES. INCLUDING
 FASTENERS TYPES AND SPACING. SECTION
 2504 SBC 1997.
 15-REVISE THE DESIGN CERTIFICATION FOR
 BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE FORM. THE
 MEAN ROOF HEIGHT IS INCORRECT. THE
 MEAN ROOF HEIGHT IS 25'-6" PLUS OR
 MINUS.
 NOTE: MEAN ROOF HEIGHT IS TAKEN FROM
 GRADE, NOT FROM FINISH FLOOR, TO THE
 AVERAGE POINT OF THE HIGHEST ROOF.
 16-ROOF PRODUCT APPROVAL: CLEARLY INDICA
 TE METHOD AND FASTENINGS TO BE USED IN
 THIS PROJECT.
 17-PROVIDE COMPLETE BUCK DETAILS/SPECS
 FOR ALL EXTERIOR WINDOWS, DOORS,
 SLIDING GLASS DOORS AND GARAGE DOORS.
 18-SEE COMMENTS ON PLANS AND REVISE
 UPDATE ALL DRAWINGS AS REQUIRED.
 INCLUDING THE COMMENTS BY THE OTHER
 TRADES.
 19-OWES $723.00 TO THE CITY FOR LOW
