 THE SANITARY SEWER LATERAL RUNS OUT THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.THERE IS NO
 SANITARY MAIN IN OLIVE.THE SANITARY
 MAIN IS IN THE ALLEY ON THE NORTH SIDE
 OF THE PROPERTY.HAVE THE PLUMBER CALL
 659-8079 AND HAVE THE MAINTENANCE CREW
 CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS AN EXISTING
 LATERAL TO THE PROPERTY, IF THERE IS
 THEN RUN THE SANITARY LINE OUT TO THE
 EXISTING LATERAL (WHICH MAY BE WEST OF
 THE PROPOSED BUILDING).IF THERE IS NO
 EXISTING LATERAL THE CONTRACTOR WILL
 NEED TO TIE INTO THE EXISTING MAIN WITH
 A WYE, TWO FERNCOS USING SDR 26 PVC PIPE
 AND FITTINGS.THE EXISTING MAIN IN THE
 ALLEY IS 12" CLAY AND THE LATERAL WILL
 NEED TO BE 6".
  
  
 THE WATER LINE RUNS OUT THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING.THERE IS A 3" TRANSITE
 WATER MAIN IN THE ALLEY THAT CAN BE USED
 FOR THE SERVICE.
  
 THE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE SIZE OF THE
 WATER METER REQUIRED AND IT DOES NOT
 SHOW A REDUCED PRESSURE PRINCIPLE
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY AT THE METER, ONE WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
  
 IT IS SUGGESTED THAT A SEPARATE
 IRRIGATION METER BE INSTALLED, THE
 SAVINGS WILL BE IN WATER USED.ALL
 WATER USED FOR THE BUILDING METER WILL
 BE CHARGED AGAINST THE SEWER CHARGES
 ALSO, DOUBLING THE WATER BILL FOR THE
 WATER USED TO IRRIGATE.
  
 NO DUMPSTER IS SHOWN.HOW WILL GARBAGE
 BE PICKED UP?WE HAVE INCLUDED A
 DUMPSTER DETAIL IF ONE NEEDS TO BE
 BUILT.THE RECYCLE SECTION IS ONLY A
 SUGGESTION.THE ENCLOSURE WILL NEED TO
 BE PLACED WHERE A TRUCK CAN PULL RIGHT
 UP TO THE OPEN GATES TO PICK UP THE
 DUMPSTER.
  
 A RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 INCLUDED FOR THE WORK INVOLVED WITH
 REMOVING THE SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAY ON
 EIGHTH STREET AND FOR THE NEW DRIVEWAY.
 A DRIVEWAY DETAIL DRAWING IS ALSO
 INCLUDED.THE DRIVEWAY APPROACH DETAIL
 MUST BE FOLLOWED.
  
 A FDOT PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED TO TIE
 INTO THE CATCH BASIN ON OLIVE.CHECK
 WITH FDOT PRIOR TO DOING ANY WORK ON
 THIS BOX.
