 TREES PROPOSED FOR REMOVA/RELOCATION IN THIS PROJECT.
 APPLICATION FOR TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MUST BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING OFFICE (NOT THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT) AND PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN PERSON
 AT CITY HALL. REASONS FOR REMOVAL MUST COINCIDE WITH
 SEC 94-448 D.2. AND MUST BE PROVIDED WITH THE
 APPLICATION. PLEASE PROVIDE THE ACCURATE CANOPY SQUARE
 FOOTAGE OF ALL TREES ON SITE PROPOSED FOR REMOVAL. THE
 CONDITION RAITINGS OF EACH TREE MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE
 TREE DISPOSTION. NATIVE TREES IN GOOD CONDITION MUST BE
 PRESERVED OR RELOCATED, THEY CANNOT BE REMOVED. NATIVE
 TREES WITHOUT A GOOD CONDITION MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 AN ARBORIST REPORT CLARIFYING THE RATING OF THE TREE
 AND REASON.
  
 2 )PER SEC 94-442 (C)2.B. ONE SHADE TREE IS REQUIRED
 FOR EACH 1,500 SQ FT OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF,
 ONE FLOWERING TREE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 6,000 SQ FEET
 OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF AND ONE SHRUB IS
 REQUIRED FOR EACH 500 SQ FT OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION
 THEREOF.
 OPEN SPACE IS DETERMINED BY SUBTRACTING THE BUILDING
 FOOTPRINT FROM THE GROSS LOT SQ FOOTAGE (ALL
 NON-BUILDING AREA). PLEASE PROVIDE OPEN SPACE
 CALCULATIONS TO DETERMINE REQUIRED TREES AND SHRUBS FOR
 THIS PARCEL AND SHOW THAT PLANS PROVIDED STILL MEET
