 1) FAIR HOUSING ACT COMPLIANCE: THE ORCHID RESERVE
 CONDOMINIUMS ARE SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH FAIR
 HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES WHICH CAME INTO EFFECT
 FOR MULTIFAMILY HOUSING BUILT FOR FIRST OCCUPANCY AFTER
 MARCH 13, 1991. PLEASE PLACE A NOTE ON THE PLAN TO
 INDICATE ALL REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACES AT FIXTURES,
 SINK AND COUNTER HEIGHTS, AND EXISTING GRAB BAR
 BACKINGS SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 GUIDELINES. PLEASE REFER TO COMMENTS #2 & 3 BELOW.
  
 PLEASE NOTE: AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MEETING THE
 GUIDELINES FOR THE ALTERATIONS, THE OWNER AND DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT MAY PROVIDE A SIGNED
 AND NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT WHICH WOULD INDICATE
 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE PROPOSED DESIGN DOES NOT MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY
 GUIDELINES, BUT WILL ALSO REQUIRE THE OWNER TO AGREE TO
 REVERT THE UNIT BACK TO COMPLIANCE AT TIME OF SALE IF
 REQUESTED BY THE BUYER. IF THIS OPTION IS CHOSEN,

 2) REFER TO CHAPTER 7 OF THE FHDA MANUAL AND REVISE THE

 DIMENSIONS AT THE KITCHEN AND BATH PLUMBING FIXTURES
 BASED ON EITHER SPECIFICATION A OR B.
  
 3) PROVIDE ELEVATION DETAILS FOR THE BATH FIXTURES THAT
 SHOW THE LOCATIONS AND LENGHTS OF REQUIRED GRAB BAR
 REINFORCEMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 6.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
