 1. A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE RESTRIPING WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED. THE SITE PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW PARKING STALL
 DIMENSIONS AND NUMBERED EACH PARKING SPACE.
  
 2. THE SURVEY SHOWS 3 PARCELS (74434321010100192,
 74434321010100180, 74434321010100191), PLEASE CLEARLY
 ADD TO YOUR SITE PLAN THE BOUNDARY OF THE SCOPE OF
 WORK.
  
 3. PLEASE CLARIFY IN WRITING IF THE PARKING PROPOSED IS
 SERVING THE BUILDING STRUCTURE LOCATE AT 325 S OLIVE OR
 ANY OTHER BUILDINGS. IF SO, PLEASE SHARE THE USE OF THE
 BUILDING (RETAIL, OFFICE, RESTAURANT, RESIDENTIAL,
 OTHER COMMERCIAL).
  
 4. PARKING STALL DIMENSIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 GENERAL PARKING STANDARDS ACCORDING TO FIGURE XV-2 IN
 SECTION 94-485.
  
 5. A STALL PAINTING DETAIL DRAWING NEEDS TO BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 6. INGRESS AND EGRESS FROM PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED BY
 MEANS OF CLEARLY DEFINED DRIVES WHICH LEAD FROM PUBLIC
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY TO CLEARLY DEFINED MANEUVERING LANES
 WHICH IN TURN PROVIDE ACCESS TO INDIVIDUAL PARKING
 SPACES. PLEASE CLEARLY DEFINE INGRESS AND EGRESS IN
 YOUR SITE PLAN AND PROVIDE APPROPRIATE STRIPPING.
  
 7. FOR UP TO 25 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED, 1 DISABLED
 PARKING SPACES IS REQUIRED. IF 26-50 PARKING SPACES ARE
 PROVIDED, 2 DISABLED PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED.
 PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD REQUIRED DISABLED STALLS TO
 YOUR SITE PLAN.
  
 8. NOTE, PARKING SPACES FOR DISABLED SHALL HAVE ACCESS
 TO A CURB RAMP OR CURB CUT TO ALLOW ENTRANCE TO THE
 BUILDING SERVED. SPACES SHALL BE LOCATED SO THAT USERS
 ARE NOT COMPELLED TO WALK OR OTHERWISE MOVE BEHIND
 PARKED VEHICLES, EXCLUDING OTHER VEHICLES PARKED IN
 ADJACENT PARKING SPACES FOR THE DISABLED. DIAGONAL OR
 PERPENDICULAR PARKING SPACES SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 12
 FEET WIDE AND 18 FEET LONG.
  
 9. EACH DISABLED PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROMINENTLY
 OUTLINED WITH PAINT AND POSTED WITH A PERMANENT SIGN OF
 COLOR AND DESIGN APPROVED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
 TRANSPORTATION. THE SIGN SHALL CONTAIN THE
 INTERNATIONALLY ACCEPTED WHEELCHAIR SYMBOL AND THE
 CAPTION "PARKING BY DISABLED PERMIT ONLY."
  
 10. TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS AND PAVEMENT MARKINGS SHALL
 BE USED AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE SAFE AND EFFICIENT
 TRAFFIC OPERATIONS WITHIN ALL PARKING AND LOADING
 AREAS. CURBS, WHEEL-STOPS, OR BOLLARDS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED TO PROTECT LANDSCAPED AREAS, PEDESTRIAN AREA,
 BUILDINGS, AND PROPERTY LINES. ALL SIGNS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE MANUAL OF UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
 FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, UNITED STATES
 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, 1978, AS ADOPTED BY THE
