 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(B) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. SUBMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT WITH PLANS SHOWING MATERIAL EXISTING ON SITE OR
