 INCLUDING A STATEMENT THAT THE WATER
 USED WILL BE POTABLE AND FROM AN OFF-SITE LOCATION ONLY
 AND WILL BE ON-SITE AT ALL TIMES
 DURING DEMOLITION.
 IF A HYDRANT METER OR BACKFLOW PREVENTER IS DESIRED,
 THEN A PARTIAL RELEASE WILL BE NOTED
 ON THEIR FORM. IF THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER DEVICE IS
 SELECTED, A PLUMBING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. BEFORE
 SCHEDULING THE 703(PLUMBING FINAL INSPECTION), THE
 BACKFLOW DEVICE NEEDS TO BE TESTED AND CERTIFIED BY
