 BY RYAN BROWN WITH THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS.
  
 1. 2020 FRC G2413.4.1 - THE PIPE SIZING IS NOT CORRECT.
 IF USING THE LONGEST RUN METHOD, EACH "SYSTEM" CAN USE
 ONLY ONE CHART AND BASE THE CALCULATIONS BASED ON THE
 LONGEST RUN. IF THE LONGEST RUN IS 155 FEET, THE NEXT
 AVAILABLE LINE WOULD BE 175 FEET. YOU WOULD NEED TO USE
 THE 175 FEET LINE. YOU CANNOT USE 4 DIFFERENT TABLES.
 EACH "SYSTEM" IS BASED ON THE LINE PRESSURE BETWEEN
 REGULATORS.
  
 2. 2020 FRC G2413.4.1 - THE BTU LOAD ON THE FLOOR PLAN
 AND THE BTU LOAD ON THE ISOMETRIC DO NOT MATCH. THE
 GENERATOR IS SHOWN AS 604K ON THE ISO, AND 1202K ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN.
  
 3. 2020 FRC G2413.4.1 - THE ISO SHOWS 1" P.E. AFTER THE
 METER ON THE WAY TO THE GENERATOR/WH/RANGE/POOL HEATER
 AND THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS 3/4". PLEASE FIX.
  
 4. 2020 FRC R303.5.1 - ALTHOUGH THE GENERATOR WILL
 REQUIRE ITS OWN SEPARATE PERMIT, THE GENERATOR WILL
 NEED TO BE 10 FEET FROM OPENINGS INTO THE STRUCTURE.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GENERATOR WILL BE ON A SEPARATE
 PERMIT AND ADJUST ITS LOCATION TO BE 10 FEET FROM
 OPENINGS.
  
 5. 2020 FRC G2427.8 - THE POOL HEATER EXHAUST WILL NEED
 TO BE 4 FEET FROM OPENINGS. IT APPEARS TO BE DIRECTLY
 UNDER A BEDROOM WINDOW.
