 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), THE SIGN AREA ON A

 STREET FRONTAGE. THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SIGN AREA SHALL
 BE LIMITED TO THE TEXT IDENTIFYING THE DEVELOPER,
 ARCHITECT, CONTRACTOR LENDERS, FUTURE TENANTS AND OTHER
 PROFESSIONALS HIRED TO DEVELOP THE PROJECT AND A
 RENDERING OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
