 MECHANICAL SYSTEM TO BE USED. THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS SHOW 1048
 SQ.FT. THIS IS FOR THE ADDITION. THE GARAGE IS BEING
 CONVERTING TO LIVING SPACE. IS THIS NEWLY CONVERTED
 LIVING SPACE APART OF THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS? WHAT IS
 CONDITIONING THIS LIVING SPACE? IF THE EXISTING AHU IS
 BEING USED TO CONDITION THIS NEW LIVING SPACE PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS
 AND DETAILS OF THE EXISTING UNIT TO VERIFY IT IS
 CAPABLE OF CONDITIONING THE ADDITION LOAD. FBC 107.3.5
