 NON-BUILDING AREA). PLEASE PROVIDE OPEN SPACE
 CALCUATIONS TO DETERMINE REQUIRED NUMBER OF TREES AND
 SHRUBS FOR THIS PARCEL.
 IF THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF TREES IS 4 AND PLANS SUGGEST
 ONLY 2 TREES, THEN 2 MORE TREES MUST BE PROPOSED.
  
 2) PER SEC 94-442 (D)PALMS MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT
 MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF SHADE/FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED.
 HOWEVER, WHEN PALM TREES ARE SUBSTITUTED FOR
 SHADE/FLOWERING TREES, THREE PALMS SHE BE PROVIDED FOR
 EACH REQUIRED SHADE/FLOWERING TREE. THIS 3:1 RATION
