 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE
 SITE,... AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE AND INCLUDED BOUNDRY LINE SURVEY.

 THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, UTILITY SHED, AND THE GROSS
 FLOOR AREA OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE (HOUSE) ON THE LOT.
 PLEASE NOTE, THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA OF THE ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 PERCENT OF THE GROSS
 FLOOR AREA OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE WITH A MAXIMUM
 FLOOR AREA OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET.
  
 THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE MUST BE SETBACK FROM REAR OF
 THE PROPERTY LINE 5 FEET OR 15 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE ALLEY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. IN ADDITION, THE
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURE MUST BE SETBACK 5 FEET FROM THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE
 PLAN SHOWING SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPERTY LINES OR
 CENTERLINE OF THE ALLEY TO THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.
  
 PER SEC. 94-84, THE MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE FOR ALL
 STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY FOR LOTS 5,000 TO 7,499
 SQUARE FEET IS 30 PERCENT. PLEASE SHOW AREAS OF ALL
 STRUCTURES ON THE LOT TO SHOW THAT THE TOTAL OF ALL
