 SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA AND
 DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE PLAN; FOUNDATION PLAN;
 FLOOR/ROOF FRAMING PLAN OR TRUSS LAYOUT; ALL
 FENESTRATION PENETRATIONS; FLASHING; AND ROUGH OPENING
 DIMENSIONS; AND ALL EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS:

 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE
 AND INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 1B) PROVIDE A SECTION VIEW OF THE EXTERIOR WALL. STUCCO
 OVER WOOD SHEATING REQUIRES 3 COATS, SCRATCH, BROWN,
 FINISH.
 PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED STUCCO SYSTEM TO BE
 APPLIED. IDENTIFY WALL TYPE (WOOD/CMU).
 EACH STUCCO SYSTEM SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
 R703.2WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER. (HOUSE WRAP)
 R703.7.1LATH. (PAPER BACKED)
 R703.7.2PLASTER. (WOOD-3 COAT SYSTEM)
 R703.7EXTERIOR PLASTER.
 INSTALLATION OF THESE MATERIALS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ASTM C926, ASTM C1063 OR ASTM C1787 AND THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE.
  
 2. PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF PROPOSED STUCCO.

 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS.
 1A. THE STATED VALUE APPEARS LOW FOR THE PROPOSED SCOPE
 OF WORK.
 1B. THE PERMIT VALUATION AND PERMIT FEE MUST BE
 COMMENSURATE WITH THE VALUATION AND FEE THAT A LICENSED
 CONTRACTOR WOULD PROVIDE. THIS INCLUDES ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS AND RENTALS OF EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM THE SCOPE
 OF WORK.
 1C. YOU MAY PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONTRACT SIGNED BY
 THE OWNER OR A LIST OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
 RENTAL TO VERIFY VALUE.
 BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, VALUE CANNOT BE
 DETERMINED AT THIS TIME.
