 3. 2020 FPC 607.1.1 - HOT WATER DELIVERY - PER THIS
 SECTION, THE THERMOSTAT ON THE WATER HEATER CANNOT
 SERVE AS THE LIMITING DEVICE FOR HOT OR TEMPERED WATER
 DELIVERY. A MIXING DEVICE MUST LIMIT THE TEMPERATURE.
 THE DEVICE MUST COMPLY WITH ASSE 1017 AND MUST BE
 INSTALLED AT THE HOT WATER SOURCE PER 2020 FPC 613.1.
 THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC
 HANDWASHING PROTECTION FOR TEMPERED WATER.
  
 4. 2020 FPC 607.1.2/419.5 - PLEASE ADD A DETAIL AND
 SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR THE LIMITING DEVICE REQUIRED FOR
 PUBLIC HANDWASHING FACILITIES AND TEMPERED WATER. THE
 DEVICE SHOULD CONFORM TO ASSE 1070.
