 1) UPDATED COMMENT: THE SURVEY THAT WAS UPLOADED WITH
 THE PERMIT DOES NOT COVER THE AREA OF THE PROPOSED
 FENCE. IT APPEARS TO BE THE SHEET NORTH OF THE AREA OF
 WORK. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SURVEY FOR THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPOSED FENCE. STAFF NEEDS THIS TO VERIFY THE LOCATION
 OF THE EXISTING ENCLOSURE IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE
 EXISTING ENCLOSURE AND SPECIFICALLY THAT THE REQUIRED
 50-FOOT LONG LOADING SPACE IS MAINTAINED AT THE FRONT
 OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE OPENING. IT APPEARS FROM THE
 INFORMATION PROVIDED THAT THE BELLSOUTH EASEMENT IS NOT
 WITHIN THE LIMITS OF WORK.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED FENCE IS TO ENCLOSE BOTH A PROPOSED
 GENERATOR AND AN EXISTING DUMPSTER. THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL (NOTE: A FREESTANDING PVC FENCE
 IS PERMITTED). IT APPEARS THE ENTIRE FENCE IS PROPOSED
 TO USE A WINDSCREEN, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED FOR
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES. ADDITIONALLY, THE SIZE OF THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DOES NOT CONFORM TO MINIMUM CITY
 STANDARDS.
  
 3) THE RECENTLY UPLOADED PLANS ARE POOR QUALITY AND
 STAFF IS UNABLE TO VERIFY MANY OF THE DETAILS, TO
 INCLUDE HOW THE GENERATOR SCREENING IS BEING ADDRESSED.
 PROVIDE CLEAR PLANS.
  
 4) THE GENERATOR IS REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED BUT IS NOT
 SUBJECT TO THE SAME REQUIREMENTS AS THE DUMPSTER, OTHER
 THAN SLATS IN THE CHAIN LINK ARE NOT PERMITTED.
  
 5) THE PLANS MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE MATERIAL AND
 DIMENSIONS FOR EACH SECTION OF FENCE. ANY CHANGE IN THE
 VALUE OF THE PERMIT TO COMPLY WITH THE CHANGE IN
 MATERIAL FOR THE CODE COMPLIANT DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE MUST
 BE UPDATED ON THE PERMIT DOCUMENTS.

 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PROVIDE A
 LETTER FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL MANAGEMENT WHICH APPROVES
 THE SPECIFIC PLANS SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE PERMIT.
  
 2) THE PLAN THAT WAS SUBMITTED AND LABELED AS THE
 SURVEY IS A SITE PLAN, NOT A SURVEY. STAFF HAS REVIEWED
 A PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED SURVEY, AND IT APPEARS THAT THE
 PROPOSED FENCE MAY ENCROACH AN EXISTING 12-FOOT
 BELLSOUTH EASEMENT. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SURVEY AND
 EITHER 1) CLEARLY SHOW THE PROPOSED FENCE OUTSIDE OF
 THE EASEMENT LIMITS, OR 2) PROVIDE AN EASEMENT CONSENT
 FROM BELLSOUTH FOR THE ENCROACHMENT.
  
 3) STAFF MET WITH MANAGEMENT AND THIS IS PROPOSED TO BE
 A SCREEN FENCE. CHAIN LINK, AS SHOWN ON THE ELEVATION
 DRAWING, DOES NOT PROVIDE SCREENING. THE SITE PLAN
 LISTS THAT BLACK ALUMINUM SLATS WILL BE USED ON THE
 FENCE. THE CITY DOES NOT PERMIT CHAIN LINK WITH SLATS
 FOR SCREENING.
