 INDICATED THE OCCUPANT LOAD. THE PLANS SHOW A INTERIOR
 STAIRWAY 108 AND AN EXISTING LULA LIFT.
 PERMIT 16061686 WAS FOR A SINGLE TENANT THAT WAS 1ST &
 2ND FLOOR. THIS PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE WHO IS GOING TO
 OCCUPY THE 2ND FLOOR THIS PROPOSED USE CANNOT CREATE A
 NONCONFORMITY.
 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 1101.2 / / LEVEL II 801.3
 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. CREATION OR
 EXTENSION OF NONCONFORMITY. ALL NEW WORK,
 RE-CONFIGURATION SHALL NOT CREATE OR EXTEND ANY
 NONCONFORMITY IN THE EXISTING BUILDING TO WHICH THE
 RE-CONFIGURATION OF SPACE IS BEING MADE WITH REGARD TO
 ACCESSIBILITY, STRUCTURAL STRENGTH, FIRE SAFETY, MEANS

 PROVIDED, CHECK WRITING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 902.3HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
