 SIGNAGE CALCULATION. SIGN BANDS ARE LIMITED TO 36IN. IN
 HEIGHT BY 60% OF STOREFRONT WIDTH. IN THIS CASE THE
 STOREFRONT IS THE RESIDENTIAL LOBBY OR LEASING OFFICE
 SPACE, PLEASE PROVIDE THIS DIMENSION IN RELATION TO THE
 SIGNS WIDTH. SHEET ED01 OR S3 OF THE ENGINEERING
 DRAWINGS CAN DETAIL THIS INFORMATION.
  
 2. THIS PERMIT 22080398 CONSTITUTES A "SIGN BAND"
 CATEGORY UNDER SEC. 94-110. HOWEVER AS PART OF THE
 SIGNAGE SUBMITTALS AND PLAN SETS; PERMIT 22080436
 CONTAINS A VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN. PER SEC. 94-110
 SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS: IN THE EVENT THAT A VERTICAL SIGN
 IS UTILIZED, NO SIGN BAND SHALL BE PERMITTED.
  
 PLEASE CLARIFY WHICH SIGNAGE WILL BE UTILIZED, THIS
 CANOPY "SIGN BAND" OR THE VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN. AN
 ALTERNATIVE WILL BE TO ELIMINATE, REDUCE IN SIZE AND
 RECATEGORIZE THE VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN OF PERMIT
 22080436 INTO A PEDESTRIAN BLADE SIGN.
