 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO
 INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 2) 102.2 EXEMPT FORM FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AS PROVIDED
 BY LAW: (E) MOBILE OR MODULAR STRUCTURES USED AS
 TEMPORARY OFFICE, EXCEPT THAT THE PROVISIONS OF PART II
 (SECTION553.501-553.513 FLORIDA STATUTES RELATING TO
 ACCESSIBILITY BY PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, AND PERMITS
 SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS AND TIE DOWN,
 ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND ALL UTILITITY CONNECTIONS TO SUCH
 MOBILE OR MODULAR STRUCTURES.

 A FL. LICENSED PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN A
 SEPARATE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION OF THE BACKFLOW
 PREVENTERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 105.1 WPB AND
 SEC. 90-33 WPB CODE OF ORDINANCES. THE DEVICE SHALL BE
 TESTED AND CERTIFIED BY THE WPB UTILITIES DEPARTMENT
 PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
