 PROPERTY. AGAIN, THERE ARE NO OAKS ON THE WEST SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING WITHIN THE PARCEL. THE ONLY OAKS ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING ARE IN THE RIGHT OF WAY. THEY
