 NON-BUILDING AREA). PLEASE PROVIDE OPEN SPACE AREA FOR
 LOT TO DETERMINE REQUIRED SHADE TREES AND SHRUBS.
  
 3) PER SEC 94-442(G) LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST SATISFY A
 MINIMUM TOTAL OF 25 POINTS FROM THE DESIGN OPTIONS
 CHART. PLEASE SHOW WHAT ITEMS FROM THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPE PLAN ARE MET ON THE CHART.
  
 4) PER SEC 94-445(4) SHADE/FLOWERING TREES MUST HAVE A
 MINIMUM HEIGHT OF 12 FT. PALMS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM
