 PER MY PREVIOUS INSTRUCTIONS TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE
 LIEN REDUCTION. THE CURRENT PROPERTY OWNER WAS TO
 OBTAIN A RENTAL LICENSE AND CERTIFICATE OF USE, AS WELL
 AS REMOVE ANY UNRELATED PERSONS FROM THE YELLOW HOME.
 ALSO, THE APARTMENT BUILDING IS BEING USED AS A RELEASE
 HOME FOR FORMER JAIL/PRISON INMATES WHICH PROHIBITED BY
 THE CITY OF WEST PALM. AT THIS TIME, WE CANNOT MOVE
 FROWARD WITH THIS APPLICATION AND WILL HAVE TO DENY IT,
 TO CONTINUE WITH THIS PROCESS A NEW APPLICATION WILL
 NEED TO BE SUBMITTED AND WE WILL START THE PROCESS
 ANEW.

 WAS REVEALED THAT THE YELLOW HOME IS BEING OPERATED AS
 A ROOMING HOUSE, WHICH IS PROHIBITED IN THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH. ACQUIRE ALL PROPER PERMITS.
 THE COMPLIANCE DATE WILL BE DECEMBER 8TH, 2022. IF CODE
 ENFORCEMENT ISN?T CONTACTED BY THE APPLICANT BY WAY OF
 EMAIL/PHONE CALL FOR THE RE-INSPECTION/EXTENSION WITHIN
 10 DAYS AFTER THAT DEADLINE (12/08/2022), THE LIEN
 REDUCTION APPLICATION IS TO BE DEEMED DENIED AND WILL
