 PROPERTY LINE, THENCE DIAGONALLY TO A POINT ALONG THE
 SIDE PROPERTY LINE 20 FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
 AND THENCE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. IN THE EVENT THE
