 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PERMIT, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SHOW THE EXISTING LANDSCAPING ON ADJACENT PROPERTIES
 WITHIN TEN FEET OF THE PROPERTY LINE INCLUDING THE
 EXISTING OAK TREES PER SECTION 94-442 B. 2. Q.
 SHOW HOW THE PROPOSED TREES WILL BE PLACED TO AVOID
 CONFLICT.
 2. PROVIDE ONE COMPLETE PLANT LIST SHOWING THE TOTAL
 NUMBER OF EACH SPECIES PROPOSED. THE LIVE OAK TREES ARE
 SHOWN AS 10 ON THE LANDSCAPING NOTES, 5 ON THE PLANT
 LEGEND AND 8 ON THE PLAN.
 3. ADD COLUMNS TO THE PLANT LIST FOR NATIVE AND DROUGHT
 TOLERANT QUALIFICATION FOR EACH SPECIES.
 4. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY DESIGN OPTIONS SHOWING
 THE REQUIRED 50 POINTS PER SECTION 94-442(G).
 5. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L. PLANT
 SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL
 ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT
 SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE LIST OF
 SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH FLORIDA
 WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH FLORIDA
 LANDSCAPES. PROVIDE THE ACTUAL PERCENTAGE BASED ON THE
 PLANT LIST.
 6. SHOW BAHIA SOD IN THE AREA NORTH OF THE PAVED
 PARKING.
 7. CONSIDER REPLACING THE STREET TREES ON THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE BUILDING IN THE RIGHT OF WAY. THE EXISTING
 CARROTWOOD TREES ARE INVASIVE EXOTIC SPECIES AND SHOULD
 BE REMOVED.
