 STORAGE CAN BE BELOW BFE, IF FLOOD VENTS ARE INSTALLED
 AND NO MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT THAT CAN BE DAMAGED BY
 FLOOD WATERS ARE BELOW BFE. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THESE
